This man has a gunshot wound on the right side of the chin. Stippling is evident immediately around the gunshot wound, but additional irregular, discrete to focally confluent punctate abrasions are on the left side of the face and the neck. These additional irregular abrasions demonstrate pseudostippling from ant bites.
